Choose your intended week, fill in the short form and pay €2,880 securely online, in euros, for your week in Portugal – part 1 of the €3,750 total.
Pay Loka for the online course
For your ease, we email you Loka’s payment link with your booking confirmation. During your application with Loka, enter your full name exactly as you want it on your certificate. This is part 2: US$999 (about €870, depending on your bank’s exchange rate). Loka sends its own receipt and your access straight away.
Start learning
Your online portal opens and you study at your own pace – professionally filmed lessons, manuals and quizzes. Your online access lasts 24 months.
Finish your 150 hours
Complete the online course, with 100% on every quiz, before your week. Your week must be taken within 12 months of booking, and you can move to a later week up to twice.
Join us in Portugal
Seven days of daily practice, posture labs, hands-on adjustments, sequencing, cueing and your teaching practicums, with personal feedback.
Graduate
Your certificate is issued by Loka Yoga School, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, so you can register as an RYT-200. We present your certificate at your closing ceremony, and celebrate together.
2027 dates – one week every month
Tap the week you would like to work towards and book your place. You can change it later. Each in-person week is 7 nights in Bouro Santa Maria, near Gerês National Park.
Each week is planned for a minimum of 6 trainees. Dates may occasionally change – if they do, we will always tell you first. Groups and studios: ask us about your own dates.

Finish on time
When you book, you choose your week. Finish your 150 online hours before that first week begins – just send us a screenshot of your 100% completion – and you receive a €50 Holistic Olive Branch voucher.
Graduate
On graduation, you receive a €50 voucher towards your continuing education (CE) training with HOBYY Academy.
Gerês National Park, Northern Portugal
It honestly amazes us how few people know about it! Gerês is Portugal’s only national park – granite mountains, waterfalls, crystal-clear rivers, old oak woods and tiny stone villages.
And we are on its edge in Bouro Santa Maria – about 40 minutes from the heart of the park. This is where you will practise, learn, teach – and breathe. 💚

Our collaboration with Loka Yoga School
We like to be open about how this works. Loka Yoga School, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School running teacher training for over 10 years, provides the online course and your certificate. Holistic Olive Branch runs your 7 days in Portugal, led by the HOBYY Team, with Yin Yoga sessions from our founder, Clare, a member of Yoga Alliance.
You pay Loka directly for the online course, and we earn no commission from it. You pay us for your week in Portugal.

Questions
Must I finish the online course before my week in Portugal?
Yes. Your 150 online hours, with 100% on every quiz, must be complete before your week begins.
What if I can’t make my week?
You can move to a later week up to twice, as long as your week is taken within 12 months of booking. Life happens – talk to us.
When do I receive my certificate?
When you have completed the online course and the full week in Portugal, including your teaching practicums. Full attendance during the week is needed. We present your certificate at your closing ceremony on your last day.
Do I need a lot of experience?
No – a regular practice and knowing the common poses is enough. The course is not designed for complete beginners.

Is there a minimum group size?
Each in-person week is planned for at least 6 trainees. If your week has fewer, we will let you know in good time and give you a choice: move to another week, or go ahead as planned alongside a small group of our Yoga retreat guests. Teaching real Yoga students during your training is a wonderful way to build your confidence and deepen your learning. 💚
Can I get a refund?
On receipt of your online training from Loka, your payments are non-refundable. If you cannot make your week, you can move to a later week up to twice, within 12 months of booking.

- The total is €3,750, paid in two parts: €2,880 to Holistic Olive Branch for your week in Portugal (paid by card when you book, in euros), and US$999 (about €870) to Loka Yoga School for the online course – for your ease, we email you Loka's payment link; Loka takes payment in US dollars and sends its own receipt, and the exact euro amount depends on your bank's exchange rate.

- Your certificate is issued by Loka Yoga School when you have completed 100% of the online course and the full week, including your teaching practicums, and we present it to you at your closing ceremony.
- Before your week, please complete our health form, and have your own travel insurance.
- We share your name and email with Loka Yoga School so they can issue your certificate – see our Privacy Policy.
