How booking works
- 1. Send your request using the form below. No payment today.
- 2. We check your place (private rooms are limited to 6) and email you within 2 working days. We will let you know that the retreat goes ahead provided we reach the minimum number of guests (10).
- 3. You receive your final balance and bank details from our partner travel agency, Glamoux Portugal (RNAVT nº 9787), to pay in full, or to make your first payment.
- 4. Your place is booked. We send your welcome information before the retreat.
Your room
A shared twin room in one of our apartments, with a shared bathroom – included in your retreat price.
Optional upgrades (for the whole stay):
- Your own double room in the apartment – +€150
- Private en-suite room (only 6) – +€300
Three friends travelling together? Take a whole apartment at no extra cost (min 3 sharing) – just ask.
Coming on your own? We’ll pair you with another guest in a twin room. If there’s no one to share with, you keep the shared price.
Arrival from Porto Airport is not included – a direct transfer costs around €80 each way, and Uber is usually the cheapest (how to get here). On departure day, share a taxi and we’ll cover the cost to Braga, with a packed lunch for the journey.
