“It was a surprise, being my first retreat. We went hiking locally and enjoyed the gardens. It's very peaceful and therapeutic. I will join again when you hike São Bento.”

— Paulo, Porto

“I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful this place is — a hidden gem. Thank you for taking care of me and giving me the space I needed.”

— Julia, UK

“It was my first time experiencing Yin Yoga, and I was expecting it to be difficult. Thankfully it wasn't. The setting was so quiet I fell asleep during the meditation.”

— Sam, UK
